I started Kind Weather after decades of leading creative work from every angle—creative leadership, brand strategy, campaign concepting, team development, creative operations, and executive-level problem-solving.
I’ve spent nearly 25 years inside top agencies, on internal teams at major brands, and in leadership roles where creative meets complexity. I’ve guided national campaigns, developed brand strategies, built internal teams from the ground up, and sat at more than a few long tables helping teams align on what really needed to happen next.
Over time, I became the person teams called when things were unclear but important. When a project had weight. When a message wasn’t landing. When the timeline wasn’t ideal. When a team needed someone to help carry it all—not with a louder voice, but with steadiness, perspective, and care. Or when things just needed to get done.
Kind Weather exists so I can do more of that by sourcing talented, like-minded people, ethically leveraging emerging technology, and directing our senior, high-touch attention toward your project. It’s a boutique consultancy built to adapt—to lead when needed, support when useful, and bring focus, the right skills, and creative momentum to whatever challenge is in front of you.
Hi, I’m Anna.
“In addition to her creative talent (writer, art director, creative director), Anna’s expertise exploring, developing, finessing, and writing compelling strategies makes her an ideal partner for any team—creative, account management, media, or planning.”
— Patti B., Group Account Director
“Faced with evolving priorities, multiple stakeholders, and a high-pressure timeline, Anna provided steady leadership, clear direction, and a level of creative and strategic rigor that built immediate trust.”
— Nicole E., Administrator/healthcare
“Working with Anna has made me a stronger creative. She taught me to concept more strategically—no matter the time I had—and gave me a fresh way to approach creative problem solving.”
— Craig N., Senior Art Director
We don’t walk in with a template. We listen, learn, and adjust—quickly.
Kind Weather is intentionally small and deliberately flexible. We embed where it makes sense, advise when that’s enough, and scale the approach to match the moment. We can be in the room every day, or only when you need a clear-eyed partner to move something forward.
You won’t get a presentation when what you really need is a sounding board. And you won’t get a strategist when what you need is a concept, a collaborator, or a deadline met without drama. You’ll get exactly what you need, when you need it.
The way we work depends on what you’re trying to solve. But it always starts the same—with focus, thoughtfulness, and a commitment to making meaningful progress.
What you can expect.
“As a Producer I have worked with Anna in every aspect of production. With budgets ranging from hundreds to millions of dollars I have never worked with a more thorough Creative. She knows the brand and always brings deep understanding to the project.”
— Stan P., Executive Producer
“I partnered with Anna on a national brand campaign requiring 500+ assets. She led with clarity and creativity, always focused on brand lift and financial results—delivering work that exceeded every goal we set.”
— Chastity K., Senior Brand Manager
“Anna’s training helped me not only create better work, but gave me the right tools to get to great ideas faster. Through her thoughtful modules, I was able to develop a much more effective process for myself. As a creative professional and writer, I am infinitely better at my job because of what I learned while working with Anna.”
— Samantha G., Creative Director/Writer
